Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Manager, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of applications to ensure optimal functionality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce DevOps. - Experience with CI/CD tools and practices. - Strong understanding of version control systems. - Familiarity with cloud-based application deployment. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Salesforce DevOps. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
