As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. This includes adapting application features, managing software releases, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The role requires working with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and optimize application functionality is also a key part of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective application configurations.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
• Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge bases to support team learning and continuity.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
• Experience with cloud-based data processing and analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques for packaged applications.
• Ability to work with low-code or no-code platforms to customize solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges in application support.
