Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems. You will engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to discussions that enhance the overall functionality and user experience of the applications you support.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the documentation of application configurations and updates to ensure clarity and continuity.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback for continuous improvement of application features.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes.
- Experience with low-code platforms and APIs for application integration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues effectively.
- Familiarity with software release management and version control practices.
