Summary:

As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance. You will engage with various teams to ensure that the applications meet the required standards and effectively address user needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a collaborative environment.
• Monitor application performance and implement necessary adjustments to optimize functionality.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture.
• Experience with cloud service management and deployment strategies.
• Strong understanding of application integration and data flow management.
• Familiarity with low-code development platforms and their application in SaaS solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to packaged applications.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AWS Architecture.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
