Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing standard tools and APIs to implement solutions, and monitoring system performance to ensure optimal functionality. You will also engage in troubleshooting and resolving issues, contributing to the continuous improvement of application processes and user experiences.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the documentation of application configurations and processes.
- Engage in user training and support to enhance application utilization.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ.
- Experience with Salesforce platform and its various functionalities.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and management.
- Familiarity with APIs and low-code platforms for solution development.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
