Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance. You will engage with various stakeholders to understand requirements and implement effective solutions that enhance system functionality and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct regular system assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - Experience with cloud-based application development and integration. - Strong understanding of APIs and their implementation in SaaS environments. - Familiarity with low-code platforms and their application in business solutions. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required., 15 years full time education
