Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will engage in configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications. Your typical day will involve adapting features to meet business requirements, managing software releases, and ensuring the stability of systems. You will utilize standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to align solutions with the specific needs of the business while maintaining compatibility and performance across various applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to enhance user experience. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Commerce Cloud. - Experience with application programming interfaces and integration techniques. - Strong understanding of low-code development platforms. - Familiarity with software release management processes. - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
