Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, your typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. You will engage with various teams to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance through the use of standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms. Your role will require you to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that the applications meet the evolving requirements of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of application features based on user feedback and business requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications with existing systems. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Node.js. - Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - Strong understanding of application deployment and version control systems. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and services. - Knowledge of database management and data modeling techniques.
