Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, your typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features and manage releases effectively. You will ensure system stability while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs, all while maintaining compatibility and performance. Your role will require you to engage with various stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions. - Continuously monitor application performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Interface Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with React.js. - Strong understanding of user experience design principles and best practices. - Familiarity with low-code platforms and their application in software development. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.
