As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role requires managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to tailor solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams to coordinate efforts and address challenges is an integral part of daily activities, ensuring seamless application functionality and user satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and project success.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective application solutions.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
• Good To Have Skills: Prompt Engineering.
• Experience working with application programming interfaces to integrate and extend packaged applications.
• Familiarity with low-code platforms to customize and automate business processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance and stability.

• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
