As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. This includes adapting application features, managing software releases, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The role requires working with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams to coordinate efforts and troubleshoot issues is a key part of daily activities, ensuring seamless application functionality and user satisfaction.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.
- Coordinate release management activities to ensure smooth deployment and minimal disruption.
- Monitor application performance and proactively address potential issues to maintain system reliability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment strategies within Google Cloud Platform environments.
- Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques to connect packaged applications with other systems.
- Knowledge of low-code platforms and their application in customizing SaaS solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues to maintain system stability.
- Understanding of release management processes and version control in cloud-based applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
