Summary:

As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This includes managing application features, overseeing release cycles, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The role requires working with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to tailor solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and optimal functionality across environments. Collaboration with different teams to address challenges and implement improvements is also a key part of daily activities.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective application configurations.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure continuous availability and reliability.
• Document configuration changes, processes, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Profitability & Performance Mgt PaPM.
• Strong understanding of application configuration and customization within packaged or software as a service environments.
• Experience working with APIs and low-code platforms to extend application capabilities.
• Ability to manage software release processes and ensure smooth deployment cycles.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving system stability and performance issues.
• Familiarity with integration techniques to maintain compatibility across various business systems.

• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
