As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge bases for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps.
- Experience in customizing and extending packaged or software as a service applications using low-code platforms.
- Familiarity with application programming interfaces and integration techniques.
- Ability to manage application lifecycle including configuration, deployment, and release management.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize application performance.
- Understanding of system compatibility and performance considerations in cloud-based environments.
