Summary:

As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to enhance user experience and system efficiency.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Enterprise Supply Planning.
• Experience with application configuration and support in packaged or software as a service environments.
• Strong understanding of integration techniques using standard tools and application programming interfaces.
• Familiarity with low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system stability and performance issues effectively.
