Summary:

As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works closely with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams and continuous monitoring of application health are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to enhance user experience and system efficiency.
• Coordinate release management activities to ensure smooth deployment and minimal disruption.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Mendix.
• Strong knowledge of low-code development platforms and their application in enterprise environments.
• Experience with application lifecycle management including configuration, deployment, and maintenance.
• Ability to integrate APIs and third-party services to extend application functionality.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and resolve system issues effectively.
