Summary:

As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with various teams to troubleshoot and optimize application functionality is also a key part of the daily routine.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI Agents and Workflow Integration.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python programming language, Python on Azure, and Python frameworks.
• Strong understanding of integration techniques and workflow automation within packaged and Software as a Service applications.
• Experience working with application programming interfaces and low-code platforms to customize and extend application capabilities.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
