Summary:

As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role requires managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to tailor solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through complex technical challenges.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting, SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Activate.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Activate.
• Strong understanding of configuring and customizing SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting modules to meet business requirements.
• Experience in managing application releases and ensuring system stability in a packaged or SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with integration techniques using standard tools and application programming interfaces.
• Ability to utilize low-code platforms to develop and adapt solutions efficiently.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
