Summary:

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Sr. Developer, your typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. You will engage with various teams to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance through the use of standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms. Your role will require you to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and ensure that the applications function optimally to meet user requirements.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with APIs and low-code platforms.
• Strong understanding of application configuration and support.
• Ability to manage software releases and updates effectively.
