As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will engage in configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications. Your typical day will involve adapting features to meet specific business requirements, managing application releases, and ensuring the stability of the systems in use. You will utilize standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance across various systems. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with team members to enhance application functionality and user experience.

- Experience with low-code platforms and application programming interfaces.
- Strong understanding of system configuration and application support.
- Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Familiarity with release management processes and best practices.
