Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will engage in configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications. Your typical day will involve adapting features to meet business requirements, managing application releases, and ensuring the stability of systems. You will utilize standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with organizational needs while maintaining compatibility and performance across various applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure that the applications meet user expectations and business objectives effectively.

- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to enhance user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Node.js, React.js.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes.
- Familiarity with low-code development platforms and their integration capabilities.
- Experience in managing application releases and ensuring system stability.
