Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing standard tools and APIs to implement solutions, and monitoring system performance to ensure optimal functionality. You will also engage in troubleshooting and resolving issues to maintain a seamless user experience, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in application management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in application engineering. - Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge and resource availability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM). - Strong understanding of application configuration and support. - Experience with low-code platforms and APIs for application integration. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues effectively. - Familiarity with system performance monitoring tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM). - This position is based at our Ahmedabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
