The individual sets and maintains platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while balancing business requirements and vendor limitations. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical strategies with organizational goals is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring the solutions evolve effectively to meet changing demands.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance platform reliability and scalability.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Glue & Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Strong knowledge of cloud architecture principles and best practices for packaged and Software as a Service applications.
- Experience with configuration management and deployment automation in cloud environments.
- Ability to design and implement integration strategies between various cloud services and third-party platforms.
- Familiarity with performance monitoring and optimization techniques to maintain system stability.
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing effective solutions.
