- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Experience in designing and managing API gateways and integration solutions.
- Strong knowledge of platform configuration, release management, and performance tuning.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS environments and their operational challenges.
- Skilled in collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
