Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Package Specialist for SAP SCM PM, you will design, implement, and maintain the Plant Maintenance (PM) module within SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) to optimize maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) processes. This role requires strong knowledge of SAP PM, SAP SCM, and maintenance best practices to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Design and Configure PM Processes: Design and configure PM processes, including maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution, to meet business needs and optimize MRO processes.
- Develop and Maintain PM Customizations: Develop and maintain PM customizations, interfaces, and reports to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
- Collaborate with Business Stakeholders: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with other SAP modules.
- Test and Troubleshoot PM Issues: Test and troubleshoot PM issues, identifying and resolving errors and inconsistencies to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Analyze and Optimize MRO Processes: Analyze and optimize MRO processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to optimize maintenance, repair, and operations processes.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- SAP PM Configuration Experience: Experience with designing and configuring Plant Maintenance (PM) processes, including maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution, within SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM).
- SAP Customization Development: Experience with developing and maintaining PM customizations, interfaces, and reports to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
- SAP Testing and Troubleshooting: Experience with testing and troubleshooting PM issues, identifying and resolving errors and inconsistencies to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- SAP Integration Knowledge: Experience with integrating SAP PM with other SAP modules, such as Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), and Quality Management (QM).
- Maintenance Best Practices Understanding: Experience with maintenance best practices and their application in optimizing maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) processes.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Exposure to SAP MM: Experience working with SAP Materials Management (MM) module, including configuration and integration with other SAP modules.
- Familiarity with SAP PP: Exposure to SAP Production Planning (PP) module, including configuration and integration with other SAP modules.
