Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Package Specialist: SAP HR, you will support the implementation of the SAP HR module, utilizing business knowledge and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client's business environment. You will leverage your skills in personnel administration, recruitment, organizational management, personnel development, health and safety, and training & events to achieve client expected business results. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Implement SAP HR Module: Support the implementation of the SAP HR module, including implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support.
- Resolve Configuration Issues: Resolve configuration and functional business issues across the various HR modules, ensuring seamless integration and effective functionality.
- Conduct Fit Analysis: Conduct fit analysis to identify gaps between the client's business requirements and the SAP HR module's capabilities, informing implementation planning and configuration.
- Configure and Test: Configure and test the SAP HR module to meet client requirements, ensuring accurate and efficient functionality.
- Provide Post-Implementation Support: Provide post-implementation support to ensure the SAP HR module continues to meet client needs and resolve any issues that may arise.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- SAP HR Module Implementation: Experience with implementing SAP HR modules, including personnel administration, recruitment, organizational management, personnel development, health and safety, and training & events.
- Packaged Solution Expertise: Experience with integrating packaged technology into clients business environments to achieve expected business results.
- Configuration and Testing: Exposure to configuring and testing SAP HR modules to meet client requirements.
- Fit Analysis and Planning: Experience with conducting fit analysis and implementation planning for SAP HR module implementations.
- HR Module Troubleshooting: Exposure to resolving configuration and functional business issues across various HR modules.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Additional SAP Module Knowledge: Exposure to other SAP modules, such as finance or logistics, can be beneficial in understanding integration points with the SAP HR module.
- Business Process Understanding: Experience working with business processes related to HR, such as talent management or benefits administration, can help inform implementation planning and configuration.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Exposure to troubleshooting technical issues with SAP HR modules can aid in resolving configuration and functional business issues.
