Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Package Consultant specializing in Workday Talent Management, you will implement and support the Workday Talent Management module for clients, utilizing your consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to integrate the module into the client's business environment. You will deliver a tailored Talent Management solution that meets the client's unique needs and objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Planning Implementation: Plan the implementation of the Workday Talent Management module, ensuring seamless integration into the client's business environment.
- Conducting Fit Analyses: Conduct fit analyses to identify client requirements and configure the system to meet their needs.
- Configuring the System: Configure the Workday Talent Management module to align with client requirements and business objectives.
- Resolving Issues: Resolve configuration and functional business issues across various HR modules, providing timely and effective support.
- Providing Post-Implementation Support: Provide post-implementation support as needed, ensuring the client's continued success with the Workday Talent Management solution.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Exposure to Workday Talent Management: Familiarity with the Workday Talent Management module, including its features and functionality, to effectively implement and support the solution for clients.
- Experience with HR Module Configuration: Knowledge of configuring HR modules, including identifying client requirements and aligning the system to meet their needs.
- Understanding of Business Environment Integration: Exposure to integrating packaged solutions into a client's business environment to achieve desired business results.
- Familiarity with Issue Resolution: Experience resolving configuration and functional business issues across various HR modules to provide timely and effective support.
- Exposure to Implementation Planning: Understanding of planning implementation projects, including conducting fit analyses and gathering requirements to deliver a tailored Talent Management solution.
