Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Package Consultant specializing in Workday Data Conversion, you will lead and manage the entire data conversion process for clients, ensuring the successful conversion of data into their Workday environment. This involves leveraging your consulting skills, business knowledge, and Workday packaged solution expertise to achieve client-expected business results. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Plan and Analyze Data Conversion: Plan, analyze, and scope data conversion projects, including EIB, to ensure efficient and effective data conversion and progressive enhancement of data quality.
- Design and Implement Solutions: Participate in design sessions to develop solutions that meet client needs and ensure successful rollout and post-implementation support.
- Manage Data Conversion Process: Lead and manage the data conversion process, ensuring that all aspects of the project are properly coordinated and executed to achieve desired business results.
- Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and expectations, providing expertise and guidance throughout the data conversion process.
- Deliver High-Quality Results: Ensure that data conversion projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, meeting client expectations and achieving business results.
