Your Role And Responsibilities
- As a Package Consultant specializing in SuccessFactors Time Management, you will design and deploy HR technology solutions to establish key business capabilities and enable strategic initiatives and operational improvements. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Analyze Client Requirements: Understand client needs and identify opportunities to implement effective Time Management solutions using SuccessFactors Employee Central Time functions, including positive and negative time tracking, absence management, forecasting, and schedules.
- Design and Configure Solutions: Design and configure SuccessFactors Time Management solutions to meet client requirements, ensuring seamless integration with internal and external systems.
- Implement and Troubleshoot: Implement and troubleshoot SuccessFactors Time Management solutions, providing timely support and resolution to ensure optimal system performance.
- Provide Training and Support: Deliver training and support to clients on SuccessFactors Time Management tools, empowering them to effectively utilize the system.
- Stay Up-to-Date with New Features: Remain current with new features and releases of SuccessFactors Time Management modules, applying this knowledge to continuously improve solution delivery.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management: Exposure to designing and deploying HR technology solutions using SuccessFactors Employee Central Time functions, including positive and negative time tracking, absence management, forecasting, and schedules.
- Time Management Integrations Knowledge: Experience working with internal and external Time Management integrations, ensuring seamless integration with SuccessFactors Time Management solutions.
- SuccessFactors Employee Central Experience: Exposure to implementing and configuring SuccessFactors Employee Central, with a focus on Time Management functions.
- Solution Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SuccessFactors Time Management solutions, providing timely support and resolution to ensure optimal system performance.
- Training and Support Delivery: Experience delivering training and support to clients on HR technology solutions, empowering them to effectively utilize the system.

- Knowledge of Labour Activities: Exposure to labour activities and their integration with SuccessFactors Time Management solutions, enabling comprehensive time tracking and management.
