Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Package Consultant specializing in SuccessFactors Talent Management, you will design and deploy HR technology solutions that establish key business capabilities and enable the realization of strategic initiatives and operational improvements. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into functional solutions using SuccessFactors Talent Management. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Design and Deploy Solutions: Design and deploy HR technology solutions using SuccessFactors Talent Management modules such as Performance Management, Succession Planning, Career Development Planning, Compensation & Variable Pay, Recruitment Mgt, Onboarding, Recruitment Marketing, and LMS.
- Analyze Client Requirements: Work with clients to analyze their business needs and translate them into functional solutions using SuccessFactors Talent Management.
- Implement and Troubleshoot: Configure, implement, and troubleshoot key Talent Management modules to meet client requirements.
- Provide Training and Support: Deliver training and support to clients on SuccessFactors Talent Management tools to ensure successful adoption.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Remain current with new features and releases of SuccessFactors Talent Management modules to maintain expertise and provide best-in-class solutions.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Exposure to SuccessFactors Talent Management: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules, including Performance & Goals, Succession Planning, Career Development Planning, Compensation & Variable Pay, Recruitment Mgt, Onboarding, Recruitment Marketing, and LMS.
- Experience with HR Technology Solutions: Familiarity with designing and deploying HR technology solutions that establish key business capabilities and enable strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
- Understanding of Talent Management Modules: Knowledge of key Talent Management modules, including Performance Management, Succession Planning, Career Development Planning, and Compensation & Variable Pay.
- Configuration and Implementation: Experience with configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting Talent Management modules to meet client requirements.
- Familiarity with Training and Support: Exposure to delivering training and support to clients on SuccessFactors Talent Management tools to ensure successful adoption.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors: Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules beyond the core set, such as Employee Central, Workforce Analytics, or Employee Experience Management.
- Additional Talent Management Modules: Familiarity with other Talent Management modules, including but not limited to, Calibration, Continuous Performance Management, or Total Compensation.
- Cloud-Based HR Solutions: Experience with cloud-based HR solutions, such as Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, or BambooHR, to bring a broader perspective to SuccessFactors Talent Management implementation.
