Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Configuration
- Lead workshops to gather and analyze business requirements for project management and control.
- Design and configure SAP S/4HANA PS functionalities: Project definitions, WBS elements, networks, activities.
- Manage cost and revenue planning, budgeting, and availability control.
- Track project progress, milestones, and schedules.
- Handle results analysis and settlement processes.
- Ensure seamless integration with FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and Asset Accounting.
Implementation & Project Delivery
- Act as functional lead in end-to-end project lifecycle from blueprinting to go-live and support.
- Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects in collaboration with ABAP/technical teams.
- Drive testing phases (unit, integration, UAT) ensuring quality deliverables.
- Support data migration activities related to PS objects.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with project managers, finance teams, and engineering teams to align SAP PS processes with business needs.
- Provide advisory support on best practices and S/4HANA innovations in Project System.
Continuous Improvement & Support
- Analyze existing solutions and recommend improvements for performance and usability.
- Deliver training sessions, prepare user manuals, and mentor junior consultants.
- Provide post-implementation support and resolve complex functional issues.
