Package Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a client-facing practitioner, acting as a trusted business advisor and implementing Workday solutions to solve complex business problems.
• Build, automate, and release solutions based on client priorities, ensuring alignment with specifications and timelines.
• Identify risks and resolve issues affecting release scope, schedule, and quality while proposing actionable solutions.
• Lead testing support activities to ensure defects are resolved within SLA and all Delivery Assurance (DA) checkpoints are completed on time.
• Assist with data conversion, reporting activities, and client workshops as required.
• Collaborate with clients to optimize user experience, system performance, and solution scalability.
