PAC Technical Product Owner II

Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and prioritize product features based on business requirements.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Identify and document project requirements, risks, and assumptions.
• Track project performance and analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
• Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.

Backlog & Agile Management

• Own the team backlog, including story prioritization, quality, and readiness.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, system demos, and start/stop/continue sessions.
• Ensure team adherence to Agile best practices and support continuous improvement.

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
• Communicate project status, issues, and successes through regular reports and meetings.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and ensure their expectations are met.
