We are seeking a skilled and organized Personal Assistant (PA) to Managing Director. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executives schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents for meetings and presentations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, memos, and other documents as required.
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects and reports.
- Facilitate communication between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain a filing system and ensure all documents are organized and up to date.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, managing office supplies, and coordinating events.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
