- 5-8 years of work experience in Strategic partnerships or Account management,
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills Will need to maintain mid-senior mgmt. relationships
- Good excel and presentation skills
- Strong co-ordination skills and stakeholder management
- Robust experience in funnel optimization for higher conversions
- Basic to intermediate understanding of Pnl and unit economics
- Having Fintech / Lending background is a big bonus
