  • Leadership Role to handle the P2P function.

Job Description

  • Oversee the end-to-end P2P (procure-to-pay) processes ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy.
  • Manage vendor relations and ensure timely payments and reconciliations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize P2P workflows and processes.
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals within the Accounting & Finance department.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive improvements in service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present reports on P2P performance to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful P2P Delivery Head should have:

  • A strong background in Accounting & Finance with expertise in P2P operations.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience in the Business Services or Telemarketing & Call Center industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant financial systems and tools.
  • A detail-oriented approach and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
