- Ensure that all P&M assets are kept in good working condition and maintained with the least downtime.
- Networking with vendors and OEM suppliers for timely supply of spares/accessories/tools etc.
- Effective inventory management and documentation.
- Devise methods to train operators / mechanics and develop skilled workforce for effective operation.
- Identify obsolete P&M and arrange for disposal and replacement.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum years of experience
B.E / B. Tech / in Mechanical
15 years of experience in Operation & maintenance of Plant & Machinery relating to latest foundation equipment including all ancillary equipment, accessories & tools.
