Job DescriptionMantra Care is hiring an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of business operations and Profit & Loss (P&L) for one of our key divisions. The ideal candidate will bring deep operational expertise and a strong background in managing business units, with hands-on experience in drafting and managing legal agreements.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the full operations lifecycle for a business division.
- Own and optimize the division's P&L, ensuring cost control and profitability.
- Develop and enforce operational policies, SOPs, and best practices.
- Draft, review, and manage legal agreements and contracts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Legal, Finance, and Business Development teams.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement strategic improvements.
- Manage and mentor a team to ensure smooth execution and growth.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in operations management.
- Proven experience in handling P&L ownership and business division scaling.
- Proficient in drafting and reviewing legal agreements.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work from the Delhi office location.
