Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Visakhapatnam for an Overseas Education Counselor. The role involves providing counseling and guidance to students regarding their academic aspirations and international education opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing students goals, offering personalized education and career pathway recommendations, assisting with application processes, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of global educational trends to offer informed advice. Building strong relationships with both students and institutions is key to this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Educational Consulting and familiarity with global education systems
- Strong skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and educational institutions
- A solid understanding of the field of Education and academic programs
- Ability to guide students with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-focused approach
- Experience in overseas education consultancy or related roles is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
