Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for an Overseas Counsellor. The Overseas Counsellor will assist students in choosing educational programs and universities abroad, provide guidance on the application and visa processes, and offer personalized advice based on students academic goals and preferences. The role involves managing communications with international institutions, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining updated knowledge on overseas education trends and policies.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to provide personalized counseling
- Coordination and organizational skills to manage multiple applications and deadlines
- Knowledge of overseas education systems, documentation, and visa application procedures
- Problem-solving and adaptability in handling diverse student needs
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and experience with CRM systems is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in any field; a background in Education, Counseling, or any related field is preferred
- Prior experience in overseas education counseling is advantageous
