Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Outside Sales Specialist based in Vadodara. The individual will manage client accounts, deliver exceptional customer service, and execute the sales process effectively. Daily tasks include providing field service, identifying and nurturing sales opportunities, conducting client meetings, offering product training, and maintaining relationships to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Field Service and Customer Service to ensure client needs are addressed efficiently.
• Strong Sales and Account Management skills to generate and maintain business opportunities.
• Experience in providing Training to clients and stakeholders as part of the sales process.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with the manufacturing or industrial equipment sector is an advantage.
