Job Title: Outreach Telecaller

Company: MfunL – Healthcare Digital Marketing Agency

Location: P-534 Raja Basanta Roy Road, South Kolkata - 700029 (On-site)

Experience: 2–4 years in Telecalling, sales, or client handling (healthcare or digital marketing is an added advantage)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Outreach Telecaller to connect with healthcare professionals and fix appointments.

Skills:

Good command of English (written and verbal) and conversational proficiency in Hindi & Bengali
Expert in fostering client relationships
Ability to handle objections and maintain positive conversations
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
Basic AI knowledge is an added advantage.

Education:

Graduate in any discipline
Experience in healthcare/digital marketing is a plus

Salary (CTC):

20,000 – 25,000 per month + attractive performance-based incentives
