We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Outreach Specialist to support our media branding efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with media platforms, bloggers, editors, and industry websites to enhance brand visibility and acquire high-quality backlinks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to media websites, bloggers, and relevant platforms for collaboration opportunities
- Identify and connect with suitable publishers, editors, and website owners for targeted outreach
- Draft and send personalized, professional outreach emails
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with media contacts and partners
- Acquire high-authority and relevant backlinks to strengthen domain authority
- Conduct competitor backlink analysis and identify new outreach opportunities
- Ensure consistent outreach efforts to support SEO and brand growth
- Track, analyze, and report outreach performance and link-building activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in outreach, link building, or media branding
- Strong understanding of SEO and link-building strategies
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research and analytical abilities
- Ability to craft personalized and persuasive outreach emails
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualification's :
- Experience in digital marketing or content marketing
- Familiarity with domain authority, backlink quality, and SEO metrics
- Ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously
