Role Description As an Outreach Specialist intern at Planetic, you will support efforts to connect with potential users, partners, and communities interested in AI-powered business solutions. On a day-to-day basis, you will engage with audiences through digital channels, respond to inquiries, and provide clear information about Planetic's offerings, including PlaneticVoice. You will assist with research to identify relevant communities and outreach opportunities, help craft outreach messages and basic content, and track engagement metrics. This is a remote internship role, offering flexibility while collaborating closely with the team through online meetings and communication tools.

Qualifications

Strong Communication skills, including clear and professional verbal and written interaction.
Customer Service and Community Outreach abilities to engage respectfully, answer questions, and build relationships.
Research skills to identify outreach opportunities, understand audience needs, and gather relevant information.
Writing skills to create concise outreach messages, emails, and basic content for digital channels.
Comfort with remote work, including reliable internet access and good time management.
Interest in AI, technology, or digital communication tools; previous experience in outreach or marketing is a plus.
Ability to learn quickly, follow guidance, and collaborate with a diverse, distributed team.
