Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with the flexibility to work from home as needed. As an Outreach Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include fostering relationships with potential and existing partners, conducting research to identify collaboration opportunities, and engaging with communities to promote the brand. Day-to-day tasks also involve effective communication with stakeholders, managing inquiries, and representing the company's vision and goals through proactive outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Writing skills to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
• Ability to close on Projects and Retainers
• Proven ability in Customer Service and Community Outreach to build and maintain relationships.
• Research expertise to identify and evaluate outreach opportunities and potential collaborations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities confidently.
• Experience in public relations, marketing, or community engagement is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital communication tools and social media platforms is beneficial.
