We're Hiring: Outreach Expert (Email + LinkedIn)
We're looking for a sharp, execution-focused Outreach Expert to join iMarketo & ConnectedStars and help us build a strong outbound engine.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how to combine strategy + content + execution to generate high-quality leads and conversations.
What You'll Do
You will own and drive outbound outreach across email and LinkedIn, with full responsibility for performance.
- Design and execute cold email campaigns end-to-end
- Run LinkedIn outreach campaigns (connection, messaging, follow-ups)
- Build target audience lists and segmentation strategies
- Write high-converting copy for emails, LinkedIn messages, and sequences
- Continuously test and optimize subject lines, messaging, and flows
- Work closely with founders to shape outbound strategy and positioning
- Track performance metrics like open rates, reply rates, and conversions
- Ensure deliverability best practices (domains, warmups, etc.)
What We're Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience in email outreach tools (Instanly, Lemlist, Smartlead, etc.)
- Proven track record of generating meetings via outbound campaigns
- Excellent copywriting skills with a clear, persuasive tone
- Deep understanding of ICP building and targeting
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach workflows and automation tools
- Analytical mindset with ability to iterate based on data
- Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup setup
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in B2B / agency / SaaS outbound
- Understanding of sales funnels and GTM strategy
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Ability to think beyond execution and contribute to growth strategy
