Position Overview:

The Outreach Executive / Manager will be responsible for developing and executing outreach initiatives in the North region of India to promote the University's diverse programmes in Liberal Arts, Psychology, Government and Public Policy, Architecture, Journalism, International Affairs, Behavioural Studies, Environmental Studies, and Language & Literature.

The role involves engaging with schools, counsellors, parents, and prospective students to create awareness about the University's academic offerings and to drive enrolments through various outreach activities and events, including Open House sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outreach & Engagement

Conduct outreach visits across the North Indian states and represent the University at schools, career fairs, counsellor meets, and student engagement events.

Deliver informative presentations on the University's programmes and career pathways.

Build and sustain strong relationships with school principals, counsellors, and educational partners.

2. Open House Planning & Execution

Plan, coordinate, and conduct Open House sessions across key cities in North India to engage directly with students and parents.

Collaborate with the central admissions and academic teams to ensure effective representation of each programme.

Handle end-to-end logistics for regional Open House events including venue coordination, communication, and follow-up with attendees.

Capture and analyse student interest and feedback from Open House events to improve future outreach initiatives.

3. Counselling & Student Interaction

Provide guidance and counselling to students and parents regarding academic options, eligibility, and the admissions process.

Respond to queries through in-person interactions, emails, or calls.

Support the pre-application and application journey by ensuring timely follow-ups.

4. Collaboration & Coordination

Coordinate with the central Outreach and Admissions teams to align regional initiatives with the overall admissions strategy.

Work closely with academic schools (Liberal Arts, Psychology, Architecture, etc.) to highlight unique programme strengths.

Partner with the marketing team to promote regional events and Open House sessions.

5. Reporting & Data Management

Maintain a structured database of schools, counsellors, events, and leads generated.

Submit weekly/monthly reports summarizing outreach activities, Open House outcomes, and engagement metrics.

Provide insights and recommendations based on regional trends.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline (preferably in Liberal Arts, Education, Psychology, or related fields). Experience: 36 years in outreach, admissions, counselling, or educational marketing.

Prior experience in university outreach or business development
