Output Desk - Hindi

Republic World is looking for an experienced and dynamic Output Desk team members to join our Hindi editorial team.

The ideal candidate should have at-least 5–7 years of experience working with reputed national news channels and possess strong editorial judgment, writing skills, and a deep understanding of broadcast newsroom operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Write, edit, and rework scripts for clarity, accuracy, and impact.

Ensure the editorial quality and factual correctness of all on-air content.

Preparing rundowns, bulletins, selecting visuals, and writing headlines.

Monitor live feeds, agency wires, and social media for breaking news and updates.

Collaborate with anchors and technical teams for smooth execution of live and recorded bulletins.

Contribute to the planning and development of special shows, debates, and breaking news coverage.

Requirements:

5–7 years of proven experience with a reputed news channel.

Strong understanding of newsroom workflow, bulletin planning, and output desk operations.

Excellent news sense, writing, and editing skills in Hindi

Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a high-pressure live news environment.

Proficiency in newsroom systems and editing tools.

Graduate/Postgraduate in Journalism, Mass Communication, or related field.
