OUTLET MANAGER

Job description:

• Lead and manage the overall outlet operations to achieve business objectives, operational efficiency, and profitability.
• Drive sales performance and cost control while ensuring optimal productivity and resource utilization.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience by maintaining the highest standards of service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, develop, train, and lead outlet employees to build a competent, engaged, and high-performing team.
• Ensure compliance with the Company's policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), food safety, workplace safety, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and operational assets with strong financial and governance controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support business initiatives and operational excellence.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant F&B operations experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers, employees, and business stakeholders.
• Experience in Fujian or Cantonese cuisine restaurant operations will be an added advantage.
• Proven leadership, people management, and coaching capabilities.
• Strong business acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
