Outlet Manager

Operations & Service Excellence:

• Manage daily front-of-house and back-of-house salon operations.

• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service protocols.

• Handle client inquiries, feedback, and service escalations with professionalism.

Team Leadership & Performance:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate therapists, beauticians, and front-desk staff.

• Manage roster scheduling, commission structures, and daily task assignments.

• Conduct team training on customer service, upselling, and product knowledge.

Sales & Revenue Generation:

• Drive salon targets for service bookings, package renewals, and product sales.

• Promote seasonal packages, cross-selling services, and marketing initiatives.

• Analyze sales reports to identify growth opportunities and optimize revenue.

Inventory & Administration:

• Monitor stock levels of retail products, salon consumables, and equipment maintenance.

• Ensure accurate point-of-sale (POS) entries, daily cash flow reconciliation, and reporting.
