Outlet Manager

Biryani Bees is expanding, and we are looking for a dynamic Outlet Manager who can run the outlet with the same operational discipline as McDonald's and Rameshwaram Caf, Bengaluru.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day outlet operations with strong focus on quality, hygiene and service.

Lead and manage a team of staff, ensure proper training and shift planning.

Maintain customer experience at the highest standard.

Manage inventory, stock levels, wastage control and vendor coordination.

Review sales reports, revenue performance, and drive daily targets.

Ensure compliance, safety, and audit-ready documentation.

Handle billing, cash management and POS/PetPooja operations.

Requirements


Minimum 23 years experience in QSR / restaurant operations (McDonald's, KFC, Dominos, Rameshwaram Caf or similar brands preferred).

Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage high-volume operations and peak-hour rush.

Customer-centric mindset with a passion for hospitality.

Basic knowledge of inventory, costing, POS systems & team management.
